This statement covers printersfriend.com, the docs site, the workspace at your shop's address, the customer portal, team stores, campaign pages and the walk-in kiosk. We want every one of them to be usable by people who rely on a keyboard, a screen reader, magnification or high contrast, and we measure ourselves against WCAG 2.2 level AA.
The marketing site and the docs are the closest to the standard: semantic headings, labelled form fields, visible focus, text that scales, and colour contrast that meets the AA ratio on the navy and paper palette. The workspace is built on Filament, which ships keyboard navigation, ARIA labelling and focus management for its tables, forms and dialogs. The customer portal and the kiosk are plain HTML forms with labels on every field.
Each gap above is on the backlog with the fix named. New screens are checked with a keyboard only pass and a screen reader pass before they ship, and we re-review this statement whenever a surface changes materially. The date at the top is the last full review.
If something on any of these surfaces is hard or impossible for you to use, email hello@printersfriend.com with the page address and what you were trying to do. We reply within one business day and treat anything that blocks a task as urgent. If you are a customer of a shop that uses Printer's Friend and cannot complete an order or an approval, the shop can also complete it for you.
